Ever since the new management team arrived the apartment style and atmosphere has improved. The staff is very helpful, ORGANIZED, and timely about getting work orders completed. Since their arrival, the gates have been fixed, pest control comes weekly (no more little critters), and the office host monthly events for the residents btw: what all apartment complexes should do!!

I have always enjoyed the spaciousness of my apartment, which is the reason I rented here, but now that the office staff has improved, I love my apartment! I am moving soon (to another state) and I wish I could take my apartment and staff with me!

This message above is a lie. These apts were the worst ones I have ever lived in. If you are looking here you should save your money and look elsewhere.

No more "little critters"? That's not quite the wording that comes to my mind when I find big crusty cockroaches and other pests in my apartment. Or fat dumpster rats for that matter.... Having monthly events is "what all apartment complexes should do"? Really? How about not becoming an infested filth hole?

" I understand and I agree with your comment. We pay enough money to the complex that we should not have to deal with "little critters". However, for some reason the prior management team did not provide pest control services. But note, my comment is reflecting the positive changes that I have seen to the apartment as a whole since the migration of the new staff. Not what I experienced prior to the change! Now, if you are still experiencing roaches and rats, I suggest you 1) clean your apartment and 2) talk to the staff. I???m sure they will be more than helpful in resolving your problems.

I am moving. A new company just bought the apartments, so guess what...a new mgmt company. I will agree that they have made some improvements, but not enough for me to stay. The gym equipment is falling apart, the saunas still don't work, the pool appears to not be cleaned, and the trash in the pool area is not picked up on the weekends. Remember Memorial Day weekend, trash everywhere, and for some reason the pool turned green and then it was closed for a week. I have lived here for two years and it is time to go.

The pool was closed because some dumb a-hole broke glass in it. If you had the communication skills needed to ask what happened, like I did, you would have known that.
