I have friends who live at Sage Creek so I am over there quite often. Originally my wife and I thought it would be fun to live next to them.
However, they constantly have issues with some small type of gnat-like bugs in their apartment with NO help whatsoever from the management. The volleyball court barrier is broken down...the lights on the court do not work even after constant haggling with the management. The electrical outlets near the pool are broken and not active. The pool lights do not work. The pool itself is usally full of sand that is tracked in from the large infestation of illegal alien renter population that plays its loud tejano music well into the night.
