She refuses to sign anything, will take only cash, and promises a receipt later due to some problem, then finally says there will never be a receipt. We are trying to get away from her, but have nothing in writing. ... more

Love my apartment and the community! Office staff is the best I've dealt with; super nice and eager to help. Maintenance always comes right away if there is an issue. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Sage Creek!
