Highly recommended. As long as you have a car, convenient to UT, Ben White-35 intersection, airport, Central Market South, movie theatres, etc. Nearest bus stop, however, is a 10 minutes plus walk and bus route to UT is very incovenient. Staff is exceedingly friendly considering how many people live there. Price is a bit high, esp. considering very seedy neighborhood just across the street. They added free cable which is a plus. Maintenance ok, though I had recurring problems that were never really solved but only palliated periodically. Many trees and hilly neighborhood contribute to a feeling of quiet isolation. Plus they take people with shaky credit, a plus to me.
