When I moved to the Villas I was expecting it to be a part of another apartment complex called Oak Run. I was led to believe that they were one property and I was sorely mistaken. The management companies are not the same and when I was given a tour I was sold on the other complex. I was even led to believe that the apartment I wanted was in a completely different location (one within Oak Run). While there have been positives to living here, I was really disappointed to be so misled by management.

Funny, when I was looking, management specifically emphasized that Oak Run and VOR are separate, but that I would have access to all Oak Run facilities. I moved in 09/05 and have been delighted with management, the complex, and the location.

I was also misled this way. When I actually moved in I couldnt even find my apartment because the guy in the office drove me through the oak run interance instead of the easier Villas entrance (closer to the "hood"). I think they are just trying to make money at any cost. I have never had maintenance issues that were not taken care of but the management dosen't feel trustworthy.
