Ha Ha!!!! It is so obvious that the staff has been writing these reviews. Everyone on this site says that this place is like paradise. Well, look at the apartment site online called Oak Run apartments. Its a stones throw from this place. It is about 100 notches higher in everywhich way, and even that place, which is so, so, much better gets crappy reviews. How is it that everyone who lives at this complex complains about it' What about the pool which you dont upkeep, the broken gate which has been there for a year lying on the ground, the redneck drug dealers who offered me meth who lived there, the time one of the residents pit bull bit my toy terrier, almost killed it, and...no joke... ran to his truck and sped off to avoid me. How about the car thefts that happen there all the time' Why is there an entry of a person lying about that here, saying your complex is safe''' What about that lie that said everyone is middle class' HA HA.. McDonald employees with 4 unkept kids is more like it. Your staff crew is sleazy like many of its residents. Your buildings are falling apart. Your grounds are unkept. Your residents hate it, and neighbors dont trust their neighbors and keep to themselves. REDNECKVILLE should be the name of this place instead. Its your seedy complex that robs cars and its your seedy complex which is under surveillance by cops so dont pawn it off as the neighbors nearby you scum complex staff liars. This is the first wrtitten complaint I have ever written during my 28 years of life by the way. Someone had to say something true, Im sure you staff members will write someting to spin this comment away.. but if i can make one person not move in then my job is done

Ummm... I lived at Oak Run for 1.5 years and rubbed elbows with Villas folk at the convenience store. I'm going with the first dude's story.

How does that work exactly? Everytime you see someone at the store who you think you're better than, you ask them where they live and they say, "Villas at Oak Run"? Yeah, I dont think so.

Just to add a little elbow rubbing!!! Stay at your own damn pool build your own damn tennis court and dont bring your unleashed pit bull dogs to our beautiful place. We pay for these things and you dont. Tell your management to stop sponging off the neighbors and get their own stuff! Keep your drug dealing residents over there. The villas residents dont need a arm band, we at oak run can tell them just by them not picking up their dog ----! Talk about lousy neighbors, when is the manager going to get onto her residents for the crap they pull else where. Hey manager, take care of your lousy residents and make them clean up after themselves after all you moved them in there. Let them stay there!

"Upset neighbor".....some of us PAY for a key that YOUR management gives us to share the pool, amenities, etc.....so, your property is making $$$ off us, too! I agree about the dog mess, though.....we have those "doggy bag" dispensers, too and no one here seems to know how to use them....too bad ya'lls cool walking paths and dog park get abused this way, too. That sux! Sorry---not all of us are losers who live here (btw---criminals can live ANYWHERE, including your property.) Oak Run is so big---you can't possibly know all your neighbors and who is and isn't a drug dealer/criminal....

I don't exactly love this complex but I live in the villas and my neighbors are really friendly people. The people upstairs have become my best friends and the people next door are scientists. We are NOT drug dealers and I also have friends in Oak Run. I have never heard any of these complaints. I agree with happyvillarenter. You are cynical.
