Nice, roomy floorplan with great, fenced back yard. Clean, nice pool and pool area is clean, but could use new pool furniture.
General landscaping could be better and mud/flooding is a problem in front of a couple of ground floor units. Pretty quiet in general and nice neighbors who mind their own business, yet are sociable in parking lot/at pool, etc. Very friendly and helpful office and maintenience staff--they've hosted a couple of property wide parties this year at pool, which is nice and in general, take care of stuff in a timely and good manner. My biggest complaint would be that parking can sometimes suck because everyone here is so quiet and kind of always at home in the evenings, so the lots get really full early and the landscaping could definitely use some work (don't let the outside appearance of property discourage you--see the actual inside of units--they are pretty nice and are like little condos/cottages). Across the road neighborhood is scary, but police seem to monitor the area pretty frequently. Overall, pretty decent and not run by jerky people at all--a good choice if you don't mind the ghetto down the road.

UPDATE AS OF JUNE 2006--they did a lot of upgrades on the outside landscaping and fixed the mud/flooding problem. It looks a ton better. The pool area also got all new pool furniture and is really nice. Overall, still a great place, but now even more pleasant to look at! Parking still is hard, but I don't think they can do much about that due to layout of buildings. But, it is nice to know that management does care about the property and residents!
