I lived there for about 6 months. Donna the manager is wonderful. Best apartment manager I've ever dealt with. The office staff is great. I loved my apartment, it backed right up to the trees and was the most private apartment I've ever had. Everyone that lived at the complex was great except the crazy couple that hung out at the pool everyday. The only problem we had was the water was shut off maybe 3 or 4 times in 6 months. I don't think it was the apartment's fault though (They're old, what are you going to do).

I would highly recomend living here for the price.

Unfortuneately a lot of the water problems this past year have been related to the problems with pipes at the next door property, Oak Run. Most people don't realize that Oak Run and The Villas at Oak Run used to be one property, they are built next to each other on basically the same "lot" and, thus, share piping/municipal water pipes for the properties. So......when Oak Run's water gets shut off, so does The Villas, unfortuneately often w/out any warning from Oak Run to either the management or residents of The Villas at Oak Run! I have complained to Oak Run about their lack of prior notification to management and residents of The Villas when they know that the water will be shut off, but they claim they can't since the problems stem from water pipe breaks (obviously no prior notification possible in this situation). I don't know how true that is since this seems to occur regularly, but that is the story from management of Oak Run on the water situation. I say get your plumbing fixed once and for all, Oak Run!!!!!
