I was very disappointed to read some of these awful reviews. The good ones were nice and very true!! I've been living here for over two years, have never seen a "redneck drug dealer" or a car break-in. In fact I have a brand new luxury car that has NEVER been messed with. My neighbors are pleasant, and very quiet. I work nights and don't get home until after midnight. Not even on the weekends do I ever come home to noise, burglars, or "crack heads". Are we talking about the same Villas'' Also any problems I've had (which have been minor, dishwasher not latching, and drawers coming off the runners) have been fixed in the same day. Even on SUNDAY!!!
