Ive lived here for 8 months now and it has been great. Our apartment balcony is surrounded by trees and noone can see in to our place at all. The apt was in relatively good condition when we moved in and any problems weve had have been fixed promptly.

Parking is limited in certain areas leaving you to walk a minute, but the parking lot is as safe feeling as anywhere in town. There is plenty of parking on site its just not right in front of your own apt if you get home late.

I used to live next door at oak run and moved here because the apartment was considerably bigger with washer dryer connections.

The office has always been nice when weve been late on rent (late fees accrued of course but not rude about it.)

For the price and location its pretty nice.
