The management can be rude and nasty at times. Our water gets shut off ALL THE TIME most often without notice. Requesting repairs can take weeks and when the maintenance guys get around to it they are rude and hasty. Once, a guy came to fix our garbage disposal and left two minutes after poking around under the sink. I asked him if he was finished and if it was fixed and he said yes and left. Upon immediate and further inspection I found my sink was leaking all over from underneath and caught the man before he drove off. He said he had to come back with another part and fixed it shortly thereafter, but did he think I wouldn't haven noticed my kitchen flooding' More recently I had some guys over to fix various things and when I returned home I found blood outside my front door, bloody tissues all over my bathroom counter and broken glass all over my bedroom and living room floor. They could at least clean up after their own blood! EWW! and also a health hazard! Don't live here unless you can put up with the rude staff and water shut offs!!
