I was fortunate to never have my car broken into, but it was towed for no reason. I moved out by the time they fixed the gate so I have no idea if it helped (they said it would be fixed "soon" as I moved in like a year earlier). The management is always changing, so complaints go from one deaf ear to the next. I asked several times that the carpet be replaced and was denied because I own a pet. They told me they change it after the pet leaves. Well, they did not change my carpet when I moved in even though it reaked of CAT PISS. Why did I move to that unit' because they did not give me a choice. They chose the apartment and have you sign the lease for that unit before you can even see it. So asthmatic me was stuck with a horrendously stinky apartment that drove me and my clean little dog mad. This complex seeems real stingy in other ways, all related to the rentors. They will spend all your rent on landscaping and cookies for the fat managers. The only thing good about living there was the new dishwasher they installed as part of their "renovations". Woe to residents who got stuck with the older dishwashers. Try to find your clothes again in the laundry room. You will need that nearby shuttle stop if your car is towed for no reason.
