I lived here for a year (moved out because I left town) and loved it. Its quiet and well cared for. I did have a few maintenance problems, but everytime I asked, the people were there on the same day to fix it. A/C and heat work well. The apartments are on the UT shuttle bus route and the city bus route. The people in the office and the maintenance people are super friendly. I was suppoed to rent a one bedroom, but the previous tenant decided not to leave, so I got a 2 bedroom for the same (cheaper) price. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
