making vast improvements but....

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
too little too late. This place has changed owners 3 times since I have lived here. The new owners are making huge improvements. Last night I was sitting on the steps outside my apartment and two cops ran by with guns drawn! Also, people stand in the parking lot at night drinking beer and if you walk by they try to fight you. My car has been messed with on numerous occasions... but other than that, it's ok
