terrible, sterotypical of low income housing

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Broken cars, borken windows, flat tires, boats are the first things you see when you drive past the broken gate. The parking lot turns into a drinking festival at sundown. We finally have grass, that's supposed to make it feel like home. The management changes with the season. They make superficial changes, allow anyone, crazy, poor, or not, to live there, and then leave. A year went by were tenants weren't even subjected to credit or criminal checks. The management is always defensive of the terrible condition their propery is in. Other than drug dealers and a few lunatics, one might also come home to cops in the parking lot. There have been cops - a lot of them - every night this week. Why must an affordable apartment complex be reduced to the lowest lifestyle stereotypes' We have no water pressure- showers and toilets suck! Our appliances are older than I am and our ceiling is falling down. I do love our maintenance people, they work so hard and are wonderful people.
