I have lived here for 2 years and for the first year management wasn't all that great but back in May of 04 a brand new management company came in. They have made so many vast improvements and they are cleaning up the trash that previous management let happen. Since the new management has come our landscaping has improved, there are no more drinkers in the parking lot at night, and they listen to our complaints. They also installed a fitness center, fixed the sand volleyball courts and tennis courts(we can use them now) and resurfaced the pool. We actually have nice pool furniture. Maintenance staff are sweethearts and office staff rocks. Give Villas a chance, they are turning around!!!
