oMGosh! Where do I begin' Okay. Management is kewl to an extent. They are nice, sure. Friendly, too. But when it comes to actually applying their lease rules and policies....shame on them.
So, my neighbor has a recodring studio, which is his business-that is how he makes his $$. Okay already breaking lease and community policy rules. I have had to call the cops on him several times and I have filed many complaints to management. Result, management told me to move even though they and the neighbor are violating the lease&commun. policies. Uh hello, it says residents are entitled to PEACE AND QUIET! I like to jam out too, but you are sharing walls. Hello! Very thin walls. I can hear the neighbor when he and his homes are laughing. So there's that. And peoples are always BOOM, BOOM, BOOMin in the parking lot! People work different hours, different days. SHUT THE F UP! VERY LOUD PEOPLE AND MUSIC. INCONSIDERATE people and sometimes management. The maintanence people are really nice. One day I was carrying a lot of bags, one of the maint. guys took some of my load and carried them to my apt..
Hot water only lasts 10 minutes! =(
Parking is horrible...really needs to have a system/organization. Gym' Ah that sad little place and it's not open long enough, makes me feel clostrophbic and who's bright idea was it to paint it yellowish-green. Not a welcoming color. s far the the apt, good space, but too close to other neighboring apt buildings.The people gate is locked on both sides. So, if you ever have peoples over, you have to walk them out.
