i hate this place for its bad security!!!! almost everyone's car got broken into at least once, took them forever to fix the gate. i've seen a guy with a knife walking around before (NO JOKE). u can see police cars there all the time. things are always broken, took them forever to come fix it. one lady in the office never write my work order on the actual form... so those ppl never come. this apt is like 40 years old... they keep it okay... stains and rusts in bathroom especially. one thing good is they pay for water. and they charge u way too much "cleaning fee" when it was already dirty and old in the first place. DO NOT LIVE HERE... unless u have no choice. neighborhood is really bad, just look a street down and u see all those crappy houses. otherwise, bus is great. first stop. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
