Villas Of La Costa
< | >
I recently visited Villas of La Costa to look for an apartment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and it was such a warm welcoming. I knew then that I wanted to live there. It turns out that they didn't have what I needed, but my leasing girl, Jocelyn, really spent time with me. She knew I wouldn't be able to lease at the time, and she still spent quite awhile going over alternative options with me. I know found a different apartment that I can't wait until my lease is up. I would love to live at Villas of la Costa and hope they have that loft available when I'm ready to move.

Just wait till your lease is up -- and you never get your deposits back, and they want month after month of rent AFTER your lease term, claiming that they "never got" your written notice. When you send your written notice, use registered mail, or FAX it and keep the confirmation slip. |
