I lived here for nine months and considered it a value deal... the complex is old but well maintained ...the apartments are spacious and maintenance requests are filled promptly and the office staff was always courteous.
The complex may be considered noisy by some if you are of the persuasion that laughter, conversation, playing children and the thud, thud of a tennis ball or volleyball to be such. Sometimes people played their music loudly past 10 p.m.but that was not an issue for me but I understand if others found it a nuisance.
Problems with parking'!!!! Please there are sufficient spaces in the comples almost one -quarter are always empty at 2am... as a grad student I could attest to finding a spot at that timer on a regular basis. Walking 200 feet to your apartment does not constitute a scarcity of parking.
