It is an older property but has lots of character and can be tons of fun, great layouts and neighbors! I had a problem with some bugs but as you report your problems to the office, they will solve them every time. I had a friend write a review that was mostly crass and exaggerative, and my apologies for that...it really is not a bad place, the best part being the leasing agents, so very helpful and understanding. The maintenance guys are all very cool and helpful, and are available almost any time you have an emergency. I hope to see some renovation in the future, for it is a very neat location with such potential and is really a great place for students and professionals to commute from.
