I've lived at Villas for two years while attending grad school at UT and it has been fine. The office and maintenance staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and any work that has needed to be done has been done promptly. Having a campus shuttle stop right in front of the office was also a huge plus. The apartment units do feel on the older side, but again any work that has needed to be done has been done in a timely manner. The only thing that could be improved are the laundry rooms. It seems that at any given time one or two washers might not be working. However, there are usually enough available to be able to do at least a load of laundry. Overall I've enjoyed living here.
