This is the most awful and rude management.

They limit parking and threaten towing this is not what working families want to come home too or wake up and find. When their is a family of 4 and 3 of the 4 work and need to have cars. They have no consideration.

We waited 4 months for a 2 bedroom to come open when they assured back in November that as soon as one came open they would move us into it this never happened! They kept making excuses and renting to others. I guess since we were already in they didn't care.

No hot water on some days poor insulation with electricity quite high! They need to get their act together.

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your stay at The Villas Of Quail Creek . Though you admit that you had four individuals in your unit, you fail to disclose that you lived in a one bedroom apartment, breaking the lease contract that stated among other things "Only Two People Per bedroom". In light of this violation we attempted to work with you to accommodate your needs, however, after receiving numerous complaints of loitering, erratic driving, and drinking outside your unit we decided against it. The combination of to many cars, to many people without the offices permission, and other lease violations left our hands tied. We cannot afford, and it was t fair to our other tenants, to allow one apartment to break the rules. As far as parking is concerned, we only allow two cars for a one bedroom apartment and have found that limiting the spaces available helps to keep things in order. To your credit, it was a rule that had just been implemented. I suggest to everyone to find out the rules of an apartment community before you move in, that way you can find a home that fits your individual needs ,wether your as quite as a mouse, or as loud as a elephant

Intresting to lay blame on the tenant and take none yourself.
