I have been living here since May 2009 and maintence has always responded very promptly to my problems. Children play alone with in the gated community, and there are often many quiet gatherings of adults outdoors who seem to provide Village style supervision. The interior is superior to many places I looked and I have a view of a green belt that is just wonderful. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of plant life. The external appearance of the buildings is the weakest feature, and the least important to me. I do not own a car, but my visitors do not seem to have difficulty with the parking provided for them. Towing only occurs when people park without permits to protect the rights of those who do have permits. Many apartments were built when families shared one or two cars, if you want a parking garage you probably need a high priced condo.
