The apartment complex is perfect for someone trying to make ends meet. No noise, easy parking, good clean apartments, and a small property so getting things fixed is very easy. It's a $12 cab ride downtown so perfect for drinkers! The management leaves you alone but they have zero tolerance for -------- which makes for easy living for those who want it peaceful. It's not on a major road and all the neighborhoods around it are starting to looking really nice.
