78704 not here, just a dump!!!!

been here 5 years!! The water gets turned off whenever without notice. Not sure what comes out of the faucets when the water does come back on. Poor maintenance, i asked them to fix my ceiling fan that wobbles and make a loud noise and all they did was tighten screws! It didn't fix the problem. Forget about being late on your rent, they stick you with 300 and up on fees. No parking!!!! And the building lights are off more than on. And the people that live next to you, while lets just say that you dont know what the hell they are doing in their back yard but it cant be good. My fence is about to fall over with one good gust of wind, and the appliance are a fire waiting to happen, no matter how much you clean them.
Renters that rent in the 78704....be warned!!!!DONT LIVE HERE!!!ITS A DUMP!!!
