Alot of people read these things about the apartments before they move in and I think that it is only fair to hear all of the truths about this complex.
You all need to know that yes there is the train to contend with. Though it can be loud at times. You really do get used to it. I have been here for over a year. Brand new baby and she sleeps through it.
My apartment is so homey. Big rooms, lots of space in my kitchen.
There has been alot of talk(bad remarks)about the new staff. I will be honest and say I have only delt with the office a few times but every time I have they have been very helpful. They are polite on the phone and in person. My maintenance stuff got fixed right away it only took less than a day. The last company that was here took anywhere from 3 to 5 days to get something fixed then the creep swiped something from my home.
I know that the staff in the office is always busy and they care enough to stop no matter what they are doing and at least say hi to you when they see you. It is nice to finally know somebody cares enough to acknowledge I am even in the room.(Didn't have that before)
The pool and clubroom have been closed down early. I'll be honest with you that this does't bother me I never use it anyway.
I have to agree the last person, every apartment complex has some sort of issue. The new staff is pretty good and I think that I am going to stay.
