I have lived at the Villas since before many of the apartments were even finished. I have seen managers come and go and I have been here to see the property change from one company to another.
I can tell you that I have not had a bad experience with the new company. I really did not have too much issues with the last one. I can see the difference between the two though. This company seems to care more than the other, in maintenance and in the office staff. They all seem very nice and very helpful. The maintenance fellas are always there when I need them. I am not found of the train but after 3 years I am used to it. The young ladies in the office are very nice and always have a smile for me. They help me when they can or they get one of the managers to help me. No complaints so far.
