I lived at the Villas for 1 1/2 years and until recently have really enjoyed it.
Sadly, while being very friendly, the new management has made changes that lower the quality of the complex. They don't water the lawn anymore, so the lovely green grass is always brown. They have limited access to the amenities now. I understand closing the game room when the office closes, but closing the pool at 10pm when it doesn't even get dark until 9:30pm in the summer just doesn't make sense. I like to have a relaxing swim and sit in the jacuzzi before bed and now that much treasured amenity is gone. I think midnight would be more reasonable. These amenities were what drew me to the Villas and now thay are gone.
I feel like I checked into a 4 star hotel and it has mutated to a 2 star. Very sad as this property has so much potential. Since everyone else has addressed the train noise, I will say that I lived very near the tracks and it was easy to get used to. Good Luck!
