I've lived at this complex when it first opened so trust my comments. There is no lie that life in this complex has gone down hill since the new staff took over. It's been a night-and-day comparison between the two staffs. The grounds are definately in worse shape, the billiard-computer-shuffleboard lounge (which is a great place to hang out) is no longer accessible after the office closes (how dumb is that, if you work for a living then you have no access to it!!...it used to be open 24 hours a day), the staff is below average and unhelpful. There is only one trash bin in one corner of the entire complex, so unless you live right by it....then you must haul your trash over there every time! Why they don't offer a trash pick up at least one morning every week is beyond me. The new staff is just now beginning to become more involved with this community with events after they've been here almost a year. When they first got here, they sent out letters basically complaining about the residents and issuing new rules that suck. There were NO PROBLEMS at all in this community before the new staff arrived, then all of the sudden this new staff arrives and within 2 weeks they complain about the residents. What a nice way to introduce yourself to your residents!! Many residents I've talked to agree the resident-staff relationship started off completely sour and has stayed that way. The new staff just doesn't seem to care. Hopefully it will change, I'm guessing it won't though. And no that I write this and I've had no complaints or arguments or bitterness personally with the new staff.......this is just an honest write-up about this place.
