I've been here for 2 years and have seen many changes. One change is the decrease in the upkeep of the grounds. I don't mean just the groundskeeper, but the maintenance people who are to keep up with the grounds. The garbage bin is a huge trash compactor, the previous management use to have someone on the weekends who would compact the trash, making room for everyone elses trash. Now the trash is not compacted enough and the trash sticks and overflows onto the sidewalk. How discusting, it's not like we pay pennies to live here. The other day the compactor door was shut and we had to stack up the trash beside it. It just doesn't make sense to have such great looking apartments on the inside and such horrible upkeep outside. As far as the Security gates they never work...the story is always a part coming in, the maintenance man is working on it, or we've hired a professional to come in. Yeah, right. What urks me is the dishonestly. Fix the problem, clean the place up and satisfy the tenants..There are even cars with flats on the complex, it's been like that for weeks. Mold is growing on the overhangs, garages and carports. The management is nice, however they don't seem to know what there doing. Maybe this is what there suppose to be doing...just renting and not satisfying the renters. Oh and yes...the train is loud...you adjust, but the apartment is great...but the outdoor areas are not cleaned....it is like a 5 star that has dropped to a 2 star...
