We've lived here for over a year and if we werent relocating to another state, we'd stay longer.

It seems that most people only come to this site to complain about the apartment, but I on the other hand, love it here. You should keep that in mind when you are reading these reviews.

First off, people should not complain about the train because the tracks were here when you looked at the apartment. If you have a building far from the tracks, which we do, then you don't hear it at all. In my opinion, the grounds are well kept, some of the nicest I've seen. This is by far the nicest complex I have lived in...it has great interior appeal.

There are a few complaints, as with any complex. The office staff isn't exactly top quality. There is a high turn-over rate, and they are fairly unprofessional. One time I went into the office to get a package and the manager, yes the manager, had brought her two puppies into the office and had them running all over the place. But if you are like myself, you hardly need to deal with the office. Secondly, the walls seem to be a bit thin. We had a problem with our neighbor to the side of us kenneling his dogs and them barking constantly. There is only one trashbin, which I can imagine for some is a nightmare, but we are fortunate enough to live right next to it. They had installed another one across the complex, but the removed it because tenants were 'vandalizing' it. By vandalizing it they meant it was severly over-flowing with trash, but that was the fault of the complex not emptying it enough. We have had no problem with theft, and neither have our neighbors. I would imagine if you left items in the bed of your truck, then yes, they will get stolen.

I am about to sign a lease there and I would really like an honest take on the property noice level. I'm totally aware of the train, but I don't want to live in a noisy, party type complex. Also, how have the electric bills been? And how thin are the walls? That makes me pause a little bit. I appreciate yours and anyone else's help on this! Thanks!

in my opinion i really haven't heard alot of noise on the property where I am. I stay in 626 which is right above there model so I don't have to worry about any noise below me. Also I really haven't heard a sound out of my neighbors. I guess I really don't have a way to find out because me and my husbands are workaholics. If you have some kind of pool view (which they charge extra to your rent) it's gets noisy there. one night I was getting my mail and there was a lot of people in the pool screaming and carrying on but that was the only thing I noticed. hope this helps
