The inside of the apartments are very nice. However, you would expect that for the money you pay the staff would ensure that the grounds are kept up. The lights in the parking lot are constantly out, the gates are constantly broken and there are cigarette butts and trash in the yards. In addition, the air conditioning units are located next to the bedroom windows which is very loud though out the night. The train is also very very loud...do not let an agent tell you otherwise.
The staff is not customer service oriented. There have been many times that I have walked into the office, they are standing around and no one acknowledges that you are standing there. In my opinion, the general demeanor is that its bothersome or inconvenience to help a resident.
Overall, between the staff, grounds and noise its not worth the amount of rent you pay.
