Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This place is a piece. The gates are always broken. There is dog poop everywhere. And the management staff is very mean. The apartment above mine was vacant for 10 months, which I loved, could not hear the people above me. Come to find out, the agents were not showing it because one of them was squating there. They are no help with anything, and like to change policy without notifying residents.
