bad management, they are still trying ti rip me off for carpet. they also will lie about your inspection and your move out. they will charge you for anything to replace their substandard carpet etc. my fridge was down 3 times. i lost at least 300 bucks worth of food etc. no replacement at all. i have rented houses, apartments etc and i have never paid a cent in repairs. these people will get ya. make sure if you live there to keep a copy of everything you have fixed, keep your records to protect yourself.
