I have never had to write a review about an apartment, but I am extremely un-happy. I ignored the reviews before we moved in, b/c most of the time people only write about bad things. Well I feel that I should warn everyone out there searching. From the begining we have had nothing but problems. My boyfriend drove 30 miles to sign the lease (after I called to make sure he could come that particular day) and when he arrived, they told him it wasn't ready. When I went the next day to sign, it took them 20 mintues to find it. We had to go at different times b/c they don't do lease signing's on the weekend. Well, some people work, and it was very inconvient for us. Next, when I went to move in, the girl gave me the keys and they weren't even the right keys to my apartment! When she finally brought me the correct keys, we did the walk through. I didn't notice as much then because I was so overwhelmed, but they are so many things wrong! The maintence guy was "fixing" the light in the second bedroom and then told me he couldn't fix it, and it could possibly be two weeks before we had a light in the bedroom. I had to complain about that to get it fixed. The carpet is frayed all over and the apartment was NOT clean. I walked barefoot in my home and my feet were black b/c they didn't clean it. It was very gross. The a/c has not worked properly since we moved in. I work for an A/C compnay and I had to tell them how to try to fix it. It still isn't working. They mainentence guy told me his electric bill was $300 dollars!! That is insane for an apartment! I had to call the police on our neighbor the FIRST NIGHT we were here. It has been awful! There are many more things that have been wrong. Bottom line, DON'T MOVE HERE!
