Does anyone else have a problem with their a/c unit not cooling properly' The staff has been helpful in responding to my work requests but the problem has not been fixed. My a/c unit cannot cool beyond 80 degrees even after the sun goes down. I am aware that the temperature outside has been record setting heat but it seems to me that after sun down my place should begin cooling off. Even at 1:00 am my apartment is still a stuffy 82 degrees! My a/c unit has been running for a solid 2 weeks, and has not cut off one time, seriously not even one time. I even leave my unit on all day while im at work. Either my unit is jacked or the unit is to small for the apartment. I keep all my shades closed and have curtains on all my windows. Please someone tell me if they are having similar problems and solutions to fix it. So far my stay at the Villas has been uncomfortable and hot!
