On July 28th 2006 I reported that my french doors had warped and were letting hundreds of lies in a day. After 5 days, 6 phone calls and 4 trips down to the office, they finally sent a guy out to spray yellow foam in the cracks to keeps the hundreds of flies a day out. That was three months ago. I have gone down to the office over ten times in regards to this. The promised me that they would fix it if I renewed my lease and even sent me a letter stating that. Guess what... I signed my new lease and they did not fix it or even call to tell me why. They also raised my rent $63 a month when I renewed my lease. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I have never been late with my rent once and even renewed my lease. Yet they are purposely disrespecting me.

Well Well Well you hate it at the Villas, but you renewed your lease. Who's the dumb one! I also had a problem with my french doors, but they fixed mine on the day they said they would. I have lived here for two years and If I was so unhappy why do you renew. MOVE MOVE MOVE MOVE.

They fixed your doors because you work here. What an idiot. Why don't you get a real job instead of working for $8 and hour at these crappy apartments.
