I know what you are thinking, this place looks great with the slate tile, black appliances, and rounded corners. But trust me, ITs NOT WORTH IT! The rent seems reasonable for the square footage but keep in mind the unprofessional staff, the train noise, and the ridiculous move in fees. I will tell you right now, the staff is nice to your face and listens to your requests, but nothing will ever get done. Good luck trying to get a hold of a manager because she doesn't exist, at least that is what they will tell you. They will also tell you that they do not know about the train, but anyone with a brain can figure that out on their own. As for the apartments, they are better than most but I would recommend saving the money and getting a normal place. As for your move out, get ready to get screwed! They charge you for what ever they want, and remember that manager lady, she still does not exist. The staff will protect her through hell and fire, you can never talk to her, trust me. Save yourself the trouble, buy a house, or rent for cheaper, you will thank me later.
