I have been living at the Villas for awhile now. The office staff is so unprofessional. I have tries several times to speak with the manager regarding this issue, but she is never there. I came in one day to use the business center, and could over heard the women in the office talking about birth control. Now is that something that belongs in an office environment. The young man that works in the office, is so polite and very professional. I do not see how he stands listening to all that junk everyday. I have sent a letter to your management company regarding these issues. Also about the pregnant girl that is so rude, always yelling at the other employees, and I know that she is not a manager. All the new people need to run, while you can. I am definitely leaving when my lease is up.

I agree. I used to live there about a year ago and had an on going problem and the manager was either "sick" or "busy". Our A/C broke 7 times in the SUMMER!!! It took an act of god to get someone over to fix it. Our fridge broke and the told us we were going to get a "new" fridge and we get home and all of our food is in our sink. It was the same fridge. So DO NOT LIVE HERE is you actually want good customer service!
