Moved out a few months ago and I was so glad to be out of there. The complex has more things wrong with it then good. I lived there for 2 years and the management never got better and the people they let move in seemed to get worse. The good - apartments are nice and spacious and the fitness room is on nicer side but it pretty much ends there. Had a problem with ants at one point and asked if they would sent a pest control person out to spray next, day I found 3 small ant bait traps on my counter with a note stating I should place them wherever I saw ants. Nice, had ants till the day I left. Had problems with my tub always stopping up and it seemed like everytime it did and I needed maintanance to go there it took an act of Congress to get them out because there was always some bigger problem they were attending to like air conditioners not working or roofs leaking after a rain and the gallons of water that wouldn't drain was not that big of a problem. Parking sucks and if you can afford it get a reserved spot so you won't have to park a mile away but be weary someone is bound to park in your spot and the complex is constantly changing towing companies so you end up having to park a mile away anyway. Trash compactor is ALWAYS overflowing. They don't accept packages at the front desk anymore so good luck getting anything delive--- to you that doesn't fit in the mail box. Some drunk driver drove through and hit a couple of cars in the parking lot and drove off TO THEIR APARTMENT IN THE COMPLEX. Police came and couldn't actually find the person but she got out of the car so quickly that she left her purse in the passenger seat of a -----------, police got all the info they needed. She drives a --- ----- ----------- by the way, wave hi to her if you see her but watch out cuz you never know when she's drinking and she's a runner. Called the complex to find out what they were going to do about it and they said nothing it was a police matter and they couldn't say anything more. Thank God they didn't hit someone walking across to their car. Like I said the apartments look nice but looks are deceiving

Sounds like it could not have been too bad because they don't do 2 year leases so you had to have renewed your lease once. And by the way could you put it on postage stamp next time. You must be single, find a hobby....and a house.

my thoughts - if your shower drain is clogging up, buy draino and unclog it yourself. you live in an apartment community with TONS of apartments. you can at least try to fix the little things yourself. as for parking, if you drove through the complex before you moved in, you would see how many spaces are around you. most apartments are going to be built cheaply because they have to make some sort of money, the staff might not always be in a good mood because they dont pay them ---- and they have to deal with whiney residents all day, and they will fix every complaint you have the cheapest way possible. if you dont like apartment life, move somewhere else. i guarantee when you left this place and moved to another complex, you will have the same complaints.

---dot - Not single and have many hobbies (apparently unlike you who was so upset by my posting you felt the need to vomit a response. we lived there for 2 years because at the time our lease was up moving was not an option, that said the apartment complex still sucked giant f'n balls. Maybe if you guys were actually working up there at the front desk ---dot the residents might be a little happier. And to anonymous - I don't feel that my shower drain constantly stopping up was a little thing. 1st time around I DID BY DRAINO and fixed it myself but after time 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (you get the picture I'm sure) it was no longer one of those "little things" to fix. Parking sux at all complexes this I know, I had a reserved space so except for the occasional dumb ass that didnt understand reserved parking means only for certain people parking in my space parking not an issue for me. Just letting the people know how it is there. Again maybe if you guys were actually working up there at the front desk ---dot the residents might be a little happier. If you don't like your paycheck when you get it, FIND ANOTHER F'N JOB!!!!
