I am considering filling out apps however after going through these reviews I am extremely concerned.
Has the robbery issue been resolved' Or are there still cars and apartments being broken into' Is the complex safer now'
Is the train extremely loud and unbareable', bc they failed to inform me of this train when I came by.
How is the maintenance, are they prompt...will the issue be taken care of after 1 request' Do the units require a lot of maintance'' Can you please give me a example of how many times you have to fill out a maintenance form and for what'
AC!!! Does the AC work in your unit''' I do not want to pay a 300 dollar bill!!
What are the people like that live here' Is it more college students versus professionals' Are they loud''
I LOVED the unit however these issues are causing concern and are swaying my decision to move in.
Please respond!!

When I lived there about 7 months ago (I'd been there 2 years) I'd heard of break ins but was never affected nor was anyone around where I lived affected. The complex, in my eyes, is as safe as any apt complex is. You've got to becareful anywhere. Maintenance is quick to respond to things so long as they're not in the middle of a heat wave and air conditioners aren't breaking down. Mine were usually handled next day, although there were some instances towards the end where I'd have to call multiple times to get them out there. Don't know if it's changed. Office staff could use a good manners class and didn't really ever seem to eager to help (don't know if they're still there) and the requests were for small things that needed tending to. Never had any major issues. As far as the train goes, I live closer to the office by the gate and while it's loud you get used to it (at least I did and I'm a pretty light sleeper). It does run at various times during the day and night every day. I lived in a 2 bedroom and my electric bill during the summer would top out around $185 and thats between July and September (I was on the 2nd floor). Walls are thin and floors and ceilings seem to be thinner so if you're not used to hearing someone walking around above you then get a 3rd floor. Gym was nice and I never had to wait to use machines. Hope that helped
