Don't Even consider it!

When I first walked in to see an apartment here, the office staffed ignored me for about 10 minutes, talking to each other about personal stuff. Though when I talked to them they seemed nice, they leave out very important facts such as the train, the gates are always open (why even have them then'), and they try to nickel and dime you!
I lived kinda near, but not right on the train tracks. The management told me that it only comes by a few times a day, isn't loud many people doin't hear it, and they don't blow their whistle. Well, true, they don't blow the whistle, but even sitting in my apartment, with all windows and doors closed, I couldn't even talk on the phone when the trains go by!
Yes, the rates seem cheaper for the area than the rest of the apartments out there (AMLI, Riata, etc), but there's a reason for that--the apartments aren't worth it! Don;'t get lured in the place by their new looking kitchens and the included washer/dryer! It's defintely not worth it! Don't move in to the Villas!!!
