Ok so I loved the apartment itself and the staff was very nice and helpful. They did not mention the train or trashcan. so here are my questions:

If I move in the bldg. by the entrance how bad is the train noise'

Is there really problems with the A/C unit'

Is the electril bill to expensive'

How bad is parking by the entrance'

Is the car theft issue still the same'

SORRY for all the questions I'm just trying to find a nice place for me and my kids. If you have any better suggestions on where to rent please let me know where!!!!! THANKS

I agree with you the apartment itself is very nice. I have lived here for 3 years now and I live in an entrance building. The train noise close to the entrance is not an issue, you do hear it but really faint, like if you have the TV on your wont know the train passed at all. The A/C runs fine, but its a bit loud for my taste. Electric bill is similar to other places, I don't think its higher here. Parking is bad close to the entrance, trying to park close by after 8 or 9pm is almost impossible, you will have to park far if you get back home late. Car theft has been an issue, the last one I heard of was 2-3 months ago, I have never had any theft trouble, but you never know when it will hit you right? Hope this helps. Overall, if you live close to the entrance I reccomend it.

i stay in bldg 6. Above the model and i havw never had a problem with train noise. I can barely hear it. i have been in these apts for a year and a half and never had a problem with my a/c unit. My electric bill is round 130 dollars a month but it also depends on the person and the usage. A family with kids would probably use more electricity than a couple that has no kids. I will admit, the parking do get pretty bad if you dont get off work at a decent time. Everybody that moves in has 2 cars and it dont make the situation better. I havent seen or heard about any car thefts or break ins since i been here. I hope this helps

The train noise will depend on what side of the model you live in I guess..If you are facing the office I live on the left side in bldg 7, the first building, and can't hear the train at all really. I've never had any problems with the AC Electric bill is about $140 for my 2 bdrm, and this is during the summer months. Parking is REALLY bad for the front buildings. we have to park on the other side of the complex if we get home any later than 9. sometimes you will drive around the entire place and there will be no parking. I haven't heard of any car break ins either. ive seen a few cops staked out at night a couple times outside of my apt. even if theres no parking don't park in a handicapped spot ( thats what everyone used to do until they started ticketing ) my roommate got a $250 ticket.
