bad apartments

These apartments look nice but are poorly built. I could hear every little noise and the a/c units are inadequate, only the rooms right next to the unit get any air. The rest of the apartment had no airflow at all. There is also mold in these apartments! The old staff didn't take care of it at all and said that there was no real health issue, but it got to the point that I couldn't even have guests come over because they immediately started getting sick. It's not just in the ducts but in the walls as well. If you are sensitive to mold I would strongly suggest not moving into these apartments. They cover it up with paint so you don't see it when you first move in. After two months it was growing out of the air ducts, and maintenance once again just sprayed over it saying that would take care of it. Anyone who has dealt with mold knows it is a serious problem that only gets worse if not properly treated and removed immediately. The management staff changed and they seem to be a great deal more helpful and courteous than the last staff. Hopefully they will take better care of these apartments as they greatly need it.
