I've lived on property since prior to construction being completed and really have not had any issues arise. I can honestly say that in almost 5 years I have only had to put in maybe 3 work orders at the most, none were pressing issues. Well last night I was locking my apt when my lock/tumbler jammed. I called the emergency maint line and in less then 30 minutes the maint man responded, changed my lock, had a key for me, and came by the following day to ensure there were not other issues with the new lock. I was very impressed with the quick response and workmanship that was done. There have been several changes that most people may seem to overlook, such as the lighting of the walk way near the club house, that has greatly increased, the emergency call box mounted on the gate near the pool, just shows how management is concerned with resident and patron safety. I've had several friends move here after visiting me at my apt and seeing how fabulous the ammenities are. The office staff is so friendly and helpful, I find myself just stopping in once a week or so just to see how they all are doing. From the moment you walk in the door the office staff makes you feel so welcome and at home. After relocating every year for about 5 years I finally found a place that I love calling HOME!!!

Man, I guess you really just don't get it. Make sure you know all your facts prior to opening your mouth. Lisa has not been the property manager for over a month. You'd know this if you've dropped off a toy for toys for tots, been in the office and spoken with any of the individuals when you dropped off your rent, or admired all the upgrades they have made to the office, club house, and so forth. What is "wronte"???I know what "wrote" is but if you can't even take enough time to realize that you can't spell properly the you wouldn't have noticed any of the before mentioned. In addition your statement should have been "to try and make your horribly, not horrible, run property". Yes I did right the initial statements about how helpful the office staff is and how things are turning around drastically as well as the 2nd comment. ;o)

LOL........I'm sorry! Did I offend you by stating the truth! Keep up the great work! Someone might actually be convinced that your doing a great job one of these days! As for me, I doubt you can ever fix your inept way of managing a property! One suggestion for Greystar though.........clean house and start over especially with you!
