Horrible maintenance response

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
Takes about 5 to 7 days for a simple 5 minute fix. Have to report the same problem 3 or 4 times and every time you have to start over explaining it. Emergency and non-emergency treated the same way.

I just planned to give the requests with written acknowledgement. I am ready to move out.

Trash laying outside the dumpstar all the time. Dog poop everywhere.
