The Villas saw several changes when I was there. The original owners who built it made their money back with a nice profit, and just as things start falling apart the property was sold, and sold, and sold again it seems. The new management has been the best so far. They seem to know what they re doing and they actually are friendly and helpful, for example, a large package was delivered to the desk once for me, too big to carry they offered to bring the cart around. I took them up on the offer. Had a problem with my fridge once also, there was a mix up and the manager came out that night after hours with the then new head of maintenance and replaced it.

Pros:
Outside the grounds are kept up and I often didn t notice pet mines. The people who lived around me were mostly in their late 20 s or early 30 s. It wasn t a college atmosphere with constant events and friendly co-ed s, could be a con. It s quiet, there s a train track a short distance away but I didn t hear it unless I was outside. Inside the walls are thick, windows are double pane glass and I couldn t hear the highway ever from my apt. The closet is a good size. The bathroom was also big. The kitchen appliances are good. Main rooms were a good size. Fairly close to the highway.
Also the place is so nice I would get complements on it from everyone that came over.

Cons:
Cheap paint, it flakes from the corners of the walls and attracts dirt. The trash compactor might still be a problem, I lived close to it so it never bothered me.
