Takes about 5 to 7 days for a simple 5 minute fix. Have to report the same problem 3 or 4 times and every time you have to start over explaining it. Emergency and non-emergency treated the same way.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
