I'm in the apartment industry and although I live at the Villas, I do not work there. There are several problems that I read about residents having at communities around the city and guess what...they're all valid concerns, however, many times and I mean many times, they are concerns that would take an act of God to correct. I'm sure many of you have problems you encounter at YOUR WORK that your clients or customers come in and complain about all the time, and all you can do is think to yourself, "God, if only they worked there they'd know what it was like. We're trying our best." And unless you work in the office, whether it be leasing office, retail store, or restaurant, you don't know, but 95 times out of 100, the office is "trying their best". We all know we HATE complaints, so why on earth would we want people to complain' The Villas is trying their best. I'm in the industry. I know the measures they've taken. I'm living in a new community and I know that even though it's new, you're bound to run into situations, whether it be warrenty items, sinks not working or whatever the case may be, the management is trying their best to make my living experience a good one. So, thank you Villas....i know what you're going through working out the kinks to make a new community get on its feet and become a place to call home for everyone.
